The marketplace opened on 24 October 2026 and the first roles are in progress. We publish a case only after a hire, with the company’s written approval and the numbers from the marketplace’s own records: days from a forward to the company’s decision, how many forwarded candidates were interviewed, and days from a role going live to the hire.
The Noordt Marketplace is run by Noordt & Co, the boutique AI and Data recruitment firm in Amsterdam. Every role is curated by Noordt, and every candidate is checked by Noordt before a company sees them.
