Companies set the bar and the fee. Recruiters see both before they spend a minute. Noordt checks every candidate in between.
For companies
- Post the role. What the hire must show, the salary band and the fee: 15 to 25 percent of first-year base salary.
- We curate it. We sharpen the brief with you, describe your company without its name and publish it to vetted recruiters.
- You see only checked candidates. Every submission gets a fit check and a Noordt review. You see the ones who clear your bar, with the evidence.
- You pay on a start. No fee until someone starts, with a 90-day guarantee.
For recruiters
- Apply once. Your focus and your track record. We vet every recruiter before access.
- Read the bar first. Critical requirements, hard gates and why earlier candidates were declined.
- Submit with evidence. The CV plus where it shows each critical requirement. The fit check comes back within minutes, and you can withdraw at no cost.
- Get paid. 75 percent of the fee, within 14 days after the company pays and the hire passes day 90.
- Bring your own roles. Post a client's role and keep a share of the fee, whoever fills it.

A €90,000 role at 20 percent: the fee is €18,000, and the recruiter earns €13,500.
