Marketplace terms
Version 2, 24 October 2026. These summary terms apply together with the written agreement Noordt sends when it approves an account; where the two differ, the agreement wins. Version 2 adds roles recruiters bring from their own clients, how roles are talked about, and points.
1. Who runs the marketplace
The Noordt Marketplace is run by Noordt & Co. B.V. (KvK 95973346), Koningin Wilhelminaplein 1, 1062 HG Amsterdam. Noordt is the counterparty of every company and every recruiter: companies contract with Noordt, and Noordt pays recruiters.
2. Access
Access is curated. Noordt approves each company and each recruiter and sends a personal access link. Keep that link to yourself: anyone who has it can act on your account. Noordt can rotate a link or suspend an account at any time.
3. Roles
A company describes each role truthfully, with a base salary band and a fee between 15 and 25 percent of the hire's first-year gross base salary (bonus, equity and benefits excluded). Noordt curates each brief before it goes live, and the public pages describe the company without its name.
4. Submissions
A recruiter submits only candidates who agreed to be put forward for that specific role and whose CV the recruiter may share, and shows where the CV evidences each critical requirement. At most 3 submissions per recruiter can be in play on a role at a time, more in a higher tier (article 10).
The first complete submission of a person to a company represents that person at that company for 12 months. That claim lapses when the company never saw the candidate (Noordt declined the submission, or the recruiter withdrew it before it was forwarded).
5. Review and feedback
Every submission gets an automatic fit check and a review by Noordt within 2 working days; the fit check is an aid, the decision is Noordt's. A company sees only the candidates Noordt forwards and answers within 5 working days, with a reason for every decline.
6. Fees for companies
The fee is due when a candidate forwarded by Noordt starts, for this role or any other role at the company, within 12 months of being forwarded. Noordt invoices on the start date. If the hire leaves within 90 days, the fee is reduced in proportion to the days worked. A company does not approach a forwarded candidate outside the marketplace process to avoid the fee.
7. Payouts to recruiters
The recruiter whose submission led to the hire receives 75 percent of the fee Noordt received, within 14 days after the company has paid and the hire has passed day 90. If the hire leaves earlier, the payout follows the reduced fee.
8. Roles recruiters bring
A recruiter may post a role of their own client, with the client's agreement to the role, the fee and these terms. Noordt reviews each such role before it goes live and opens a company account for the client only then; from that moment the client is a company on the marketplace under these terms, and Noordt invoices the fee.
The recruiter who posted the role sets the share for the recruiter who fills it, between 50 percent and 75 percent of the fee. Noordt keeps 10 percent, and the poster receives the rest, on the payout terms of article 7. Unless the poster chooses otherwise, other recruiters see a description of the client instead of its name, and no recruiter approaches a poster's client about that role outside the marketplace for 12 months.
9. Talking about roles
Public posts about a role describe the company as its page on the marketplace does. A recruiter may name the company in direct messages to candidates, except when the recruiter who brought the role keeps the name private.
10. Points and the leaderboard
Recruiters earn points for outcomes: a forward by Noordt, an interview, an offer and a hire. The tier follows the points of the last twelve months and sets how many candidates a recruiter can have in play per role. The leaderboard shows the agency name and its points for the quarter, unless the account owner hides the name. Points carry no money, and follow the record when a move is corrected.
11. Personal data
Candidate data is used only to assess the candidate for the role and to run the hiring process, and is kept for as long as that process and the ownership period require. Recruiters are responsible for having the candidate's agreement. Read how Noordt handles personal data in the privacy statement; questions and requests go to info@noordt.co.
12. Changes
Noordt may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which terms apply; the numbers on the marketplace pages always match them.
The Noordt Marketplace is run by Noordt & Co, the boutique AI and Data recruitment firm in Amsterdam. Every role is curated by Noordt, and every candidate is checked by Noordt before a company sees them.
