You set the fee and the bar. We curate the brief, put it in front of recruiters we trust and check every candidate before you see them. You pay only when someone starts.
How it works
From brief to start date
- Post the role. Tell us what the hire must show, the base salary band and your fee. Three critical requirements at most: the things without which a candidate is a no.
- We curate it. We sharpen the brief with you, write a description of your company without its name for the public pages, and publish it to the recruiters we have vetted.
- Recruiters submit, we check. Every candidate arrives with a CV, the recruiter's evidence for each critical requirement and an automatic fit check. A Noordt recruiter reviews each one within 2 working days.
- You decide, with a reason. You see only the candidates we forward. Invite, decline or hire in the app; a decline carries a reason, so the next candidates are closer. Please answer within 5 working days.
- You pay on a start. We invoice on the start date. If the hire leaves within 90 days, the fee follows the days worked.
The money
A fee you set, due on a start
Noordt is your counterparty: one agreement, one invoice, whichever recruiter found the person.
