Ten years in professional kitchens taught Andrei the standard this work runs on: mise en place, timing, and no tolerance for almost-right. From 2010 to 2020 he ran kitchens and hospitality teams in Amsterdam, Groningen, Brussels and Leeuwarden.
He carried that discipline into technology recruitment, first at Spilberg, part of Vibe Group, later leading Data & AI recruitment for the Nordics at La Fosse. In February 2025 he founded Noordt & Co. with two industry veterans, on one conviction: hiring for AI is a craft, not a keyword match.
That conviction has a hard edge. If you recruit in a technical field you should be technical yourself: real depth, real curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for the work. Andrei reads the papers, runs the tools, and builds the systems the agency runs on.
A shortlist is mise en place. If it is not ready before service, everything after it fails.
